Prep Girls Hoops Expo TN: Team Three Evaluations

She put together some advanced dribble combinations, which she used to get lanes to the bucket for the two scores.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p> Something that also stood out about Meyers is that she is a team player. She never forces her offense and has no problem just swinging the ball and keeping the offense moving. She can score in isolation and is a great mover off the ball. In isolation, she can put together a number of dribble moves to get past her defender and score. She even has a lethal euro step in her bag.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>To go with her high-level scoring bag, Floyd is also a sniper from behind the arc. She had several games with three or more threes last season for Hickman County High School. The speed at which she executes dribble moves is miles above the average guard in the class of 2028. This showed why she is ranked as the #6 overall player in her class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A couple of other things that also stood out about Johnson were her three-point shot and her ability to finish with her left hand around the basket. Against Siegel High School last year, she hit multiple threes. She showed this in her freshman season at Forrest High School. In one game against Culleoka High School, she had seven steals.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>On offense, Stalnecker's speed, which helps her on defense, is a big advantage for her on the offensive end. This also helps her get her fair share of steals on defense. Johnson is an extremely engaged and scrappy defender. In addition on defense, she has the versatility to guard multiple positions. Heist can score from all areas of the floor and has a solid jumper. Her speed also translates to the defensive end.
