Transferring over after having successful years in her 8th, freshman, and sophomore years, she will look to showcase her talent against another crop of teams. This kid is a lethal scoring threat that scorches the bottom of the net at all levels. Playing with even more confidence, she finds it hard to slow down when she has the ball in her hands. Look for to coming out and fitting right into a squad on a mission.

Locked and loaded. She’s playing with a chip on her shoulder and with such confidence. This kid is elevating her game to new heights. From playing off the bounce to knocking down shots from afar, the ball is finding the bottom of the net at an unprecedented rate. She’s a scoring threat from all over, one who is going to shoot her shot at any opportunity given. She’s solid on D, can distribute the ball, becoming a lethal all-around player. A solid addition for a program at the next level.

Though she is already ranked high, I feel she doesn’t get enough credit for her game. Lately, it’s like she’s developed a killer instinct. Playing fast and free, she is able to drop daggers in the opposition on the offensive end. Getting buckets from 3 and going downhill, her offensive game has reached another level. She’s strong on defense, too, being in a stance and in position to make a play. Overall, this young lady is becoming a rising star. It will only be a matter of time before she starts to climb higher on coaches’ radars.

Crafty individual who is coming into her own and playing with a lot of confidence. She is a scoring threat on the floor from multiple areas, and when she gets going, it’s hard to slow her down. This kid has handles that enable her to create off the dribble. She can also play within the framework of an offense, coming off screens into a shot or using her bigs in a pick-and-roll action; either way, she is deadly with the ball in her hands. She is a solid defender who can sit down and guard. Look for her to showcase her skills this upcoming viewing period. Her time is now, and she is more than ready to show coaches what she is capable of.

 Playing with a lot of confidence, she dialed it up from deep countless times against her opponents. She was able to get to favorable spots that enabled her to unleash her deadly shooting stroke. She played with poise, didn’t get rattled under pressure, and showed a fiery mentality against some stiff competition. This young lady is poised for a breakthrough summer if she continues to trend in this direction. Look for her to gain many eyes as she seeks collegiate opportunities.

Johnson was exceptional in the championship win. Ella found her stroke from outside the arc and hit numerous long balls. Johnson is an elite athlete. She has elite handles to go with her elite play-making ability. Ella is the athlete that can take over a game from the opening tip! She’s an elite prospect with next level offers for a reason. Johnson plays with a fire and tenacity that can’t be taught. She showcased her skill level in all aspects of the game. The highlight: Ella’s team was down one point in the championship game; she hustles in off of a missed free throw to get the offensive rebound and score for her team to win! This kid is exceptional and all eyes should be on her!

She’s already hit the 1000 point mark, and she isn’t going to slow down anytime soon. This kid is a knockdown shooter who can create for herself or spot up from anywhere. She shoots it with confidence, splashing the bottom of the net, uplifting her club along the way. She can play either position, but when she has the ball in her hands, good things tend to happen. You can not and must not leave this girl open. She is a kid who is going to put up points by any means necessary. Keep an eye on this young lady as she continues to set records.

This kid has come out of the gates on fire. Scoring more than 20 points in each of her contests, she is shooting the ball with confidence. She is a 3-level scoring threat and a tough matchup for any team. Look for her to continue on this solid trajectory and help lead the Lady Panthers this upcoming season.

Look for this young lady to take the following steps to become one of the best players in the district. She can score the basketball like no other; however, look for her to handle the ball and display more creativity on her way to the rim. This kid is a lethal weapon, and this year, she, along with a host of talented other Lady Panthers, will look to claw their way towards state contention. Ella Johnson Ella Johnson 5'7" | CG/PG Lipscomb Academy | 2028 State TN stood out, starting at the drills before three-on-three and five-on-five competition broke out at the TN Expo.

Her dribbling skills were among the best at the event. The speed at which she executes dribble moves is miles above the average guard in the class of 2028. This showed why she is ranked as the #6 overall player in her class.

A couple of other things that also stood out about Johnson were her three-point shot and her ability to finish with her left hand around the basket. With her three-point shot, she can make the shot from distance off the dribble and in catch-and-shoot situations both effectively.
