Was a key part of them extending the lead and running away with the game in the second half. For Moore, it was literally running. She's a killer in transition. Agile and with long arms, she covers a lot of ground on defense. Leading to deflections and outright steals. Then she's capable of going coast to coast herself. With a variety of moves to finish around defenders on drives. Would like to see more post up play when she has the height advantage in the halfcourt. A tough "And 1 "in the second quarter finally got her and the team going. As she often does, she played with her hair on fire on both ends of the court. Recorded blocks, steals, and applied ball pressure on defense. Then was tempo pushing, using ball fakes, good handles and more to get to the rim on offense. An area of improvement that was noticeable is her need to better value the ball. Had a few turnovers throughout the game. Continuing to tighten up handle will help eliminate some. But there were also some mistakes as a passers. They're all fixable areas of improvement. Often was tasked with trying to break Stillwater's press. Which did lead to some moments of the senior using nifty dribble mobiles and improved handles. While naturally a scorer, and long distance shooter in particular, it was good to see she's working on her all around game. Northcutt shot it well from distance with good form as a spot up threat. She paced the Lady Wildcats in scoring with a double figure day of 12 points. Usually one of the first to apply pressure on the ball, playing with tremendous energy and toughness. Popped up with scoring on offense too, with putbacks and strong drives. Marsh is quick and energetic. Quick hands allow her to force steals and even blocked the shot of an opposing driving guard. Still has some wildness to her game, but would rather work with a guard to refine skills than try to turn up motor.
