Rose is the Tigers' clear floor leader. Athletic with strong handles she scored at all three levels, including hitting a pair of three-balls with range, and was effective at creating opportunities for her team in open and half court. To get to the charity stripe she intentionally drew contact on bad shots. On the other end her quickness and smarts put her in situations where she could challenge and block shots without fouling.

Blue was a AVCTL/GWAL Challenge standout last year and played especially well in the 2026 edition. The lengthy small forward played a variety of positions including spotting as a lead ball handler. She posed quite a mismatch for Wichita Heights because she could play inside or outside on both ends and her motor and transition speed enabled her to generally out run and out work whomever she was matched up with during extended stretches of live play. And while her shot is a count slow her knocking down a hat trick of three pointers stretched the defense.

Bailey is a part of a group of young, talented and high motor guards in the Tigers' stable. A smart, heady on-ball defender with good speed she showed scoring ability including shooting the three ball with range.

On a floor with talented guards for both the Falcons and Eisenhower Lions Harris clearly was my player of the game. While she filled it up at all three levels, including hitting a trio of three-pointers, impressive was how well she passed the ball. In a variety of situations she made soft, quick and catchable passes including while leading breaks. I have watched her since her state tournament appearance with Wichita Southeast and Harris continued to be a high level prospect.

Maze's game and talent has long showed itself on the floor. What impressed me against Eisenhower though was how well her game has matured. She played at different speeds with intention, attacked what the defense gave and shared the ball well. Maze also used her length and quickness defensively to disrupt.

This was my first time seeing Waller. Ahead of the first release of the 2029 class rankings I can easily state she is one of the top 15 prospects in the class right now. Her length, athleticism and skill set are easy to see but what also sets her apart is how well she mixes into team play on both ends. In transition with the ball Eisenhower could not slow her from scoring. Defensively she is solidly played within scheme. There were mistakes due to youth but those little miscues will get farther and farther in between as her depth of game savvy grows. This newcomer is a major contributor to the Falcons' return run to the 6A state tournament.
