We have seen some major numbers out of Nakia Ollivierre over the past 3 years and that hasn't changed throughout this season either. Ollivierre, the West Point commit, has also been a high shot taker and a high shot maker. She knows how to put the ball in the hoop and she is doing that once again as we speak. Ollivierre is going to finish off her high school career averaging some memorable numbers. If she continues to Will her team to success, who knows how far they can take things following their regular season campaign.

Caylee Kincade might not be your household name at Gilbert High School but she is shooting 50% from three point land off the catch this season and she is also shooting just over 40% overall from the field in it's entirety. That's pretty good for someone who would be considered a standout role player within this team's system. Kincade is going to be able to continue to supplement this group in anyways necessary moving forward. If she takes it easy and continues to keep it simple, she should continue to thrive in her role.

[player_tooltip player_id='1238790' first='Adrienne' last='Sears'] has been playing her role at DC to perfection so far this Winter season. Sears was just currently ranked at #6 in our last Player Rankings Update but she will be moving into the Top Five following this high school season with how well she is playing. When I looked at Sear's stat line last week, I was surprised that Sears was so conservative from the field. She really open shoots when open or when she is taking it to the rack, which is something you don't hate from a coaching perspective. Sears is sitting right around 50% on the season from the floor on the offensive side of things. A percentage that I expect to stay consistent as we move into the Post season in a few months.

[player_tooltip player_id='1312159' first='Caydence' last='Harmsen'] has been able to step up and play off of the ability of the rest of her teammates so far this Winter season and it's been noteworthy up to this point. Harmsen is a CG, that can score from all three offensive levels. She has a solid handle attacking off the dribble and she isn't bad at letting it fly from deep off of the catch. This Winter Harmsen has been averaging numbers from the floor at the 50-55% range overall, while being a high efficiency three point threat as well. Like I said, Harmsen is going to get a lot of opportunities because she has really good guards around her this season. As long as she can continue to capitalize on those opportunities, Rock Valley will continue to stay dangerous.

When [player_tooltip player_id='561262' first='Reagan' last='Baldwin'] is shooting well of the catch from the outside, the Ankeny team is very dangerous. They have 2-3 others that can step up to make consistent buckets but when Baldwin is feeling herself, it adds a whole new dimension to their offensive play-style. Baldwin has been doing her part in this aspect for most of the Winter and now the only question is, can she continue to ride that momentum into the Playoff's as they look to make some waves across the State. I think the answer is yes. As long as she keeps it calm, cool, and collected - I don't see why anything would change but we will have to wait and see how it all plays out.
