Prospect Watchlist: MPSSAA 3A

The Maryland Public school playoffs have started and 3A is a hotbed of talent. Every region has prospects that can play at the next level so let's take a look at some must see players.    The Towson University recruit is a difference maker and could propel Edgewood to a regional championship. She has a great feel for the game and makes good decisions with the ball. She's a three level scoring threat and is a savvy playmaker. Edgewood will be a tough out.     Chloe is arguably the most dangerous shooter in 3A. She has deep range and a super quick release. Oakland Mills is never out of a game because of their ability to rack up three-pointers and it all starts with Ms. Grenway.     Samantha is a versatile big that led Reservoir to the Howard County championship with an efficient 21 point game. She is capable of taking over a game with her post play and ability to knock down mid range shots. She has good IQ and does not shy away from contact and rebounding the ball. She's a good shot blocker and usually tips the ball to keep it in play for herself or her teammates.     Another dangerous sharp shooter that will put up a high volume of shots from behind the three point line. She's a crafty ball handler and has the ability to create just enough space to get her shot off. She's capable of flipping a game when she gets hot.     Cayenne is another 3A baller who can do damage from behind the 3 point line. She's a catch and shoot threat but can also step into her shot off the dribble. This season she has improved her ability to finish at the rim through contact which makes her even more dangerous. Look for her to play both guard spots during what should be a deep run for Frederick.
