In my opinion, Tibbs is the tournament MVP no matter the class. This kid is special, and what stands out the most is the even keel emotion she carries. Even though Washington was slated to win from the start of the season, her expression never changed, whether the game was close or not. What also stood out was her efficiency when it came to scoring. In the final game, she went on a run by herself, knocking down two big threes back to back to really separate the lead. Avery has the guts and the adaptability to play whatever role is needed of her to win | Tournament Average - 22ppg, 5.5reb, 62% FG

Dalia had already cemented herself in Illinois history before making the trip downstate, but the way she capped it off deserves its respect. Moving into a new class always brings a level of doubt, yet from the start of the season, she separated herself and quickly became the focal point of a program that already had plenty of pieces around her. Her ability to score from all levels, defend multiple positions, and still play a selfless brand of basketball is what made her presence stand out.
Meadows' trip downstate was not foreseen by anyone who had an opinion. However, when you have a player like Ramel, the chance can always be there. Ramel's style of play is as simple as it gets, but it's effective, and in this sport, that's the goal to get to. Though she didn't get her team to the final game of the tourney, in both the opening and the third place game, Ramel was on a mission to help lead her team to a win.
The BYU commit made her presence known in Game 1 of the state tournament and put on a complete show. In Game 2, early foul trouble took away the chance for another high scoring performance. However, with Stella being team first, it did not affect the energy she brought when she was on the floor. She continued to make smart plays, whether it was for herself or for those around her. Over the course of four years, she has played multiple roles, always making an impact.
In game one, Towne settled back into a complementary role for Nazareth despite being one of the best prospects, let alone guards, in the state. In the championship game, she flipped the switch and reminded everyone why there is a gap between her and others.
