The Shootout Nashville: 15U Rising Stars

The 5'8" small forward has nice length. She shows off tight handles and is unselfish with the ball. I also noticed an important characteristic she has. Conley-Wells listens to correction well and makes the appropriate adjustments. Boynton is a 3-point specialist sinking multiple triples throughout the day. She finishes through contact and gets to the charity stripe often. Her dominance doesn't stop there, she's also a disruptive and very active defender. She was a big highlight of the day watching her in action as her team's floor general. Davis pushes pace when needed but also knows when to slow things down. She consistently drives and dishes and has a nice dish off the pick and roll. She's a coach's dream when it comes to point guard aptitude. Her small stature doesn't hold her back, proving dynamite can come in small packages! She is hungry for the ball on both ends of the court. Hope plays up two years as a 7th grader but you wouldn't know that unless you asked. Hope handles the ball frequently and confidently. She's quick and has many tricks in her bag like a hesitation dribble that's baffling to her defenders. Hope shows excellent timing on cuts and plays with fire! This kid has high basketball IQ, which is unusual for her age. She's all over the court and proves to be a consistent threat on both sides of the ball. Walker is an extremely special player with an athletic build who plays more like a 17U player. She's a lefty with a nice stroke from 3. Whoever is assigned as her defender has a tall task! She is shifty, drives hard to the rim and follows any misses with determination. She gets excellent height at the rim. Walker doesn't stop on the defensive end, where she can smell weakness.
