The 2026 version of Peach Games has come and gone. While we at Prep Girls Hoops are certainly looking ahead to the upcoming slate of Circuit events, it also helps to look back on the weekend it was in the Atlanta suburbs.

As large as the event was, there was representation from a number of states. The host state of Georgia, of course, was well-represented in addition to Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida and … South Carolina.

The Palmetto State made its presence known this past weekend in metro-Atlanta – and then some. Without further ado, we recognize a few of those names that made that happen.

As Cunningham is in the throes of her final season on the travel ranks, the offers are still pouring in for the veteran star from 4A South Pointe. She recently landed another Division I offer – this one by way of Alabama. Anyone who has watched Cunningham perform over the years understands that she is one of the most skilled interior scorers and rebounders there is – a major reason why the Stallions have established themselves as a state power in the 4A ranks. Cunningham would average a double-double of 20.5 points and 11.5 rebounds plus 2.7 steals a game. Her Elite 17U EYBL went 3-1 at Peach Games.

Vuyiv has maintained an active athletic schedule throughout her athletic career. In addition to basketball, Vuyiv has also tried her hand at volleyball and soccer. Her [program_tooltip program_id='1819754' first='Team' last='Charleston'] 17U put together an impressive showing at Peach Games over the weekend. The team finished 2-3, but the three defeats were by a combined 12 points. Vuyiv played in 18 games this past season with SCISA 2A Charleston Collegiate and averaged 16.1 points per game. She was one of two juniors on this past season's Sundevils team. Vuyiv can attack the rim with plenty of speed and quickness and can throw defenders off guard with her ability to handle the ball with her left and finish with her right at times. She also brings plenty of shiftiness and agility with her to the court.

Land has landed a number of Division I offers already in her young career. One of the signature 2030s throughout the Palmetto State, Land has secured offers from Georgia, Clemson, Appalachian State and East Carolina. She plays up in class in the 15U realm with Her Elite 15U EYBL – a team that finished its Peach Games weekend with a 3-1 record in large part because of Land's heroics. Her team's lone loss was a two-point defeat to Porter Sports 15U. Land is coming off a 2025-26 season with 5A Division 2 Nation Ford where she played in 27 games and averaged 11.2 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.5 steals per contest. The Falcons are set to compete as a 4A team beginning with the 2026-27 season. Her Elite 17U EYBL finished 3-1 for this year's Peach Games.

Weaver is another who is playing up in class as a 2029 against predominantly 2028s in the 16U division. She had a banner 2025-26 season as First Baptist won this past year's SCISA 4A championship and was looking to translate that momentum to a solid grassroots campaign with [program_tooltip program_id='1819754' first='Team' last='Charleston'] 16U. Playing up in class, the 5-foot-4 Hurricanes standout helped her team to a 3-1 Peach Games weekend. She would play in 28 games this past season with First Baptist. Among the many strong points to Weaver's game is the ability to collect steals and turn those into additional offensive possessions.

Newton is another of the notables that put together an impressive Peach Games weekend for [program_tooltip program_id='1819754' first='Team' last='Charleston'] 16U. Throughout her athletic career, she has not only played on the basketball court but also the soccer pitch. This past season, in Jimmy Tyson's first season as coach, Newton was a key factor in SCISA 4A Palmetto Christian putting together a 18-10 season. Newton would play in 27 of the Eagles' 28 games while averaging 7.9 points, 3.2 steals and 2.3 assists per contest. Making plays in the transition game and connecting on 3-pointers are merely two of the positive attributes to Newton's game.

The last several seasons have seen 5A Division 1 West Ashley ascend up the statewide ranks and Crowe looks to continue that as long as she is sporting the Wildcats' purple hue. Crowe is listed at 5-foot-2 and also previously played softball throughout her athletic career. One can place Crowe in a team's lineup at either of the backcourt spots. Crowe competed in 20 games this past season for West Ashley. Among her team's three wins this past weekend was one on Friday where [program_tooltip program_id='1819754' first='Team' last='Charleston'] 16U defeated Carolina Playmakers 16U by a final score of 51-36. Crowe tallied 13 points – including 11 in the second half while draining three 3-point attempts.

As a 2028, Lombana is playing up in class on this year's [program_tooltip program_id='715412' first='SC' last='Eagles'] 17U team. Things for her team were rough for most of Peach Games weekend, but she and her grassroots group would finish strong by virtue of a 62-57 victory over Fly Girls 17U. Lombana's quick shiftiness with the ball in her hands can throw many an opposing defender off balance. She can attack the basket but the ability to drain her attempts from distance is also part of her offensive repertoire as is the ability to make efficient passes to put her teammates in position to make plays. Lombana played in 25 games this past season for a 5A Division 2 Riverside team that will move back to 4A beginning with the 2026-27 season. Lombana averaged 8.2 points this past season for the Warriors.
