Quick Hitters From Cincinatti- New Balance Action

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>New Balance hosted it's second Live Period event of the season, this time in downtown Cincinnati at the First Financial Center. Teams competed on 20 courts. which gave the event the feel of an intimate setting while some high level hoops were being played. I got a chance to watch three days of action. Her post moves and finishes looked much more polished as she attacked the rim with a renewed force and confidence. She had several "and 1" situations as she was able to finish through contact. She did good work on the boards and served as a good outlet for her teammates while helping them break the press. She nailed 4 three pointers that helped break open a close game. She played strong on ball defense in every game and gave her team plenty of strong minutes running the point and keeping things organized. She used her strength to finish through contact, but also showed some nice elusiveness in getting around defenders. She played solid on ball and team defense and rebounded well. She was probably the fastest player with the ball that I saw. She has serious speed and gets to the basket at will. She's strong and compact so she was able to finish at a pretty good rate. She plays way bigger than her 5'1" size as she is fearless and relentless. She made some crazy shots while being double teamed which was amazing to watch. She has great hops and a very nice bag of finishing moves. Defensively she applied strong on ball pressure and played passing lanes well, coming up with a few steals and deflections. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
