Week One Recap- 695Hoops Fall League

The August drought is over, and we had a nice line up of games in 695Hoops annual Fall League. 28 teams took to the court at three locations and I was able to catch a few complete games. She brings speed and intensity on both ends of the floor and her energy is infectious. She put pressure on the defense by consistently beating her defender off the dribble and making tough shots. She made a huge three-pointer at the buzzer from just inside the half court line to force overtime and made several key plays down the stretch. She made decisive moves and finished around the basket over smaller players. Her length and skill is going to be a problem for defenders this season. She made some nice finishes at the basket and delivered some nice passes for easy shots to her teammates. Her perimeter shot looked good as well as she knocked down a long three.
