She really can create her own offense by getting the ball to the cup with her shifty ball-handling skills. Dream plays every possession to the fullest and surely isn't afraid to jump on the deck for a loose ball. She wants to WIN at all costs on the hardwood. Willis provides plenty of protection down in the paint and rebounding on both ends of the court. The Lady Vikings have won 55 straight region contests. Head Coach Terence Jones is (120-41) in his career at Denmark-Olar HS. The Lady Vikings have been runner-up for the Class 1A State Championship the past 3 seasons. Walker is averaging 11.6 ppg and 8.6 rebounds this season. Walker brings good versatility to the floor with her ability to defend multiple positions. Aveion can handle the rock and drive to the rack when needed. She rebounds the ball well from her position on the floor. She currently stands at 1,024 points. Barnes provides some perimeter shooting and point guard duties for the Lady Vikings. She's averaging 8.3 ppg and 3.7 rebounds this season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1177202' first='Kalen' last='Mayes'] </strong>made the move over from nearby Barnwell HS this past off season. Mayes is averaging 14.3 ppg this season. Kalen certainly brings a competitive nature to the floor. All 3 of these youngsters and underclassmen all provide production one way or another. Johnson is averaging 8.6 ppg and really likes to set up shop in the corners and behind the three-point line for the Lady Vikings. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='862299' first='Azauria' last='Wright'] </strong>looks to play her best basketball around the paint collecting rebounds. She averages 3.9 ppg and 4.4 rebounds. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='670042' first='Amoria' last='Wright'] </strong>just an 8th grader leads the show from out top. Wright plays the game with a quick set of hands and really looks to swarm the ball. Amoria averages 5.6 ppg, 4.1 rebounds and 4.8 steals.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>#3 - <strong>Carvers Bay HS</strong> (18-3) </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Losses: Military Magnet, Denmark-Olar HS and Graves County HS (KY). Jenkins usually defends the opponent's best player. Blye averages 8.3 ppg and 6.6 rebounds. Junior <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='756309' first='Erykah' last='Brown']</strong> chimes in at 7.5 ppg while senior guard <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='496206' first='Alana' last='Morris']</strong> provides 5.5 ppg. The Lady Vikings have relied on Junior guard <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='380996' first='Kaliya' last='Herman'] </strong>to lead the way. Youmans a very athletic wing player has to do a little bit of everything at times for the Lady Trojans. Tilayzia currently has 1,423 career points. Fellow seniors <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1177232' first='Akeira' last='Blue']</strong> provides some shooting from long distance with her quick shot release.
