Coach Al’s September Notebook

I made my rounds to some events and watched plenty of fall league bump. She went hard at her older teammates and never backed down. She was able to score the ball, and she defended at a high level. She's not afraid to sprinkle in a little trash talk to spice things up. She was active in aspect of the game, getting rebounds, blocking shots and gathering loose balls. She showed a good feel for the game, posting up to score and effectively passing out of the post. She played great help defense and moved well without the ball. She showed off a sweet jumper from behind the three-point line and has tremendous court vision. She is incredibly skilled and takes full command on offense with exceptional ball handling and passing ability. She is known for her tough and scrappy on ball defense, but she is adding new facets to her game.
