After a sluggish first day as a team Lund’s Kansas City team turned things around day two. When running the point her and her team’s play steadily got sharper. Lunds passing as a distributor, including down-the-floor looks to her bigs running the floor, made her handle more effective and provided more opportunities for quality perimeter jumpers. She eventually stretched defenses with her three ball and used her size and solid build effectively on basket drives and when flashing through the lane to catch passes from the wing.

Lilly known for her athleticism and ability to disrupt the offense schemes daily she’s capable of so many other things. It’s safe to say she’s brought back that defense mentality when you need multiple stops in a row but what she also does is score. A player that gets credit for her ability to shoot the 3 off the catch I’m also impressed with her ability to finish at the rim through contact. She can finish with either hand and her recent work in the weight room has paid off because she’s able to absorb contact in the paint. There’s no doubt she will be a great grab for any college that comes after her because she’s coach able, and does all the intangible things to help her team win. A big weekend ahead for her as she go showcase how much better she has gotten.
