Barrett sees the floor when attacking downhill and knows when to hit the open man or take it herself. With her size, nearly 6-foot tall, Barrett checks boxes as being a covetable big guard. Barrett recently earned an offer from Anderson. She should be a priority at the D-II level and should be on D-I radars.
A premier stretch-four in the 2024 class, Riley is a mismatch. Her strength and size cause issues in the paint as she crashes the offensive glass and will keep the ball high on finishes, scoring through contact. If a big is guarding her, Simmons can stretch the floor and pull them out to the perimeter where she is a great three-point shooter. Riley has steadily been adding to her off the dribble game and will take defenders to the basket using strong spin moves to free herself.
D-II programs need to start the recruiting war for Brianna Pelote Brianna Pelote 6’2″ | C Woodville-Tompkins | 2024 State GA . The Savannah-native is an elite rim protector that will block shots and rebound from Day 1 on campus. She has great hands, vacuuming up boards and does a stellar job of walling up and blocking shots without fouling. Bri is more than just a defensive specialist however. She has nice footwork in the low post, using baseline drop steps and a patient up-and-under. Pelote is also comfortable stepping out to shoot the mid-range and even the three. One of the best kept secrets in Georgia can’t be overlooked much longer. She has proved her worth time and time again. If dominating a camp isn’t enough, take into account what she did against state champion St. Francis in the Final 4, battling the largest frontline in Georgia with multiple D-I prospects, finishing with 3 points, 11 rebounds, 1 steal and 8 blocks.
Hood loves to play the role of distributor. She gets to her spots well and when attacking the hoop she likes to dish to open players on the block. Her drive-and-kick game is one of her best skills, identifying shooters around the arc. Lucy started to hunt her shot more as camp went on. The versatile defense of Morgan Chester Morgan Chester 5’11” | PF Dawson County | 2024 State GA has become a calling card. At 5-foot-11 with a strong frame and keen mobility, Chester is able to defend inside and out. She is an exceptional defensive anchor that blocks shots and rebounds. Morgan has switchability, able to defend screens and move onto guards on the perimeter. On offense, she has nice footwork inside and can face up to score. She shoots the mid-range jumper and uses her strength and speed well on drives, able to score through contact. D-II, D-III and NAIA schools will all likely jump into the mix for the steady junior.
