Broderick has certainly been making a name for herself lately. She’s looking to go into the season dominating after carrying over significant buzz from AAU. She just brought in an offer from Holy Cross.

Watching Broderick’s harmonious movements in attack mode, poise in traffic and confident finishing ability was more than impressive to get a glimpsed at through film viewed. Abby is a major contributor to winning basketball and a pleasure to watch compete.

Watching Broderick play in the 2 games watched back in late spring/early summer it was clear because of her scoring acumen alone that she needs to move up the ’28 board. Yes, she has great counters, next level intuition plus great body control, but it’s her winning intangible qualities that’re even more striking. She’s such an amazing asset.

Lafayette College was the latest to offer Abby.

Abby is a strong all-around guard who can impact the game on both ends of the floor. She has a smooth pull-up jumper in the mid-range and uses a nice euro step to finish around defenders at the basket. She attacks the rim with confidence, plays off two feet, and embraces contact. On defense, she positions herself well and consistently alters or blocks shots around the paint.

Broderick has so many positive attributes to her. She can stretch the floor, make the extra pass, has a willingness to step up on defense and rebound plus Abby does many of the little things that don’t show up onto the stat-sheet.

Abby is a high-level scoring guard who averaged over 19 points and played a key role on Medfield’s MIAA Division 2 title team. She’s a strong floor spacer with the ability to knock down shots from the three and create her own looks. Comfortable on or off the ball, she plays with poise, makes solid reads, and competes defensively.

Abby is an elite guard. She can really shoot it and is comfortable playing on or off the ball. Her handle os solid, which allows her to get into pull-ups or attack closeouts. She doesn’t get rattled and makes solid reads. Defensively, she competes and understands rotations. Standout guard with skill and steady growth.

Abby excels off the ball, constantly cutting into open space for layups and relocating on the perimeter to free herself for jumpers. When she gets an open look, she shoots it with confidence and has the ability to knock down shots in volume. She doesn’t force plays, instead letting opportunities come naturally. One standout moment came when she was overplayed in the corner and countered with a perfectly timed backdoor cut for an uncontested layup.
