Naya’s shooting reputation was immediately obvious, as the moment she checked in, the opposing coach shouted “shooter.” Using her three-point threat, she blew past a hard closeout within seconds and converted an and-one layup. Off the ball she does an excellent job spotting up in her scoring zones, always ready to punish defenders who lose track of her. Give her an open look, and she’ll make you pay.

What an incredible sophomore talent Annigeri is. She has made a big name for herself over the last 3 years. Naya was actually just named a Tri-Valley All-Star, a consecutive accomplishment. She was also named the Tri-Valley League MVP this year as well. Naya has been absolutely phenomenal all season long, but when taking a look at her recent performance against a dominate St. Mary’s team, it’s clear that she belongs in conversation with some of the best in the class. The high-energy game was a great chance to highlight that elite skill vs some other first-class talent. Naya was able to knock down clutch shots, get to the rim, despite the contact and will her team to the major victory. The emphatic play was indicative of a top-level player with an unrelenting aptitude.
She certainly checks all of the boxes and her excellent play greatly contributes to wins. These aren’t just empty stats. Currently Annigeri is averaging 16 ppg (46% efficiency rate on fgs), shooting 43% from 3, nearly 90% from the line, adding an additional 4 spg and also 5 assists. This suggests a player that carries a potency that far exceeds any presumptions.

Naya blows up plays before they even happen sometimes. She has all this packaged in an athletic frame which makes her a ’27 prospect to know moving forward.
This season for Medfield, Naya has had many statement games, including a recent bout vs Norwood. Annigeri led her squad with 18 points. Her team-high scoring contributions helped Medfield pick up a 60-41 bigtime victory. Even though Medford is a top team this year, they’ve needed her beneficial play this season. She’s been crucial for them and moving forward she’ll be even more essential as the game slows down in the post season. Naya’s significant coverage from the prime platforms is due to her latest impressive gameplay. Naya’s consistent double digit scoring in extremely competitive matchups signifies her as one of the top performers around right now.
