I am not going to call her one of the best kept secrets in the state, but she is a big who can really impose her will down in the paint. Let’s state the obvious: she has great size, but she can also do a multitude of things with the ball in her hands. She can score consistently over either shoulder playing with her back to the basket, and can be used in the screen game, where she rolls or pops to knock down the mid-range. She dominates the boards, gets blocks, and makes the team’s game plan on ways to score away from the basket. This will be a big year for her and one that has the Lady Mustangs thinking state contention.

A big post player who makes a world of difference. Yes, she is naturally tall, but she is a kid who battles on both ends of the floor. She is solid in the screen game, can finish around the rim, has a nice touch on her mid-range jumper, and cleans up shots that come off the rim, putting them back up through opponents. Defensively, she’s going to make it tough to score in the paint. She can block shots, grab boards, and bring the physicality that causes disruption downlow. Anna is a kid who excels at role and plays with a lot of poise. Solid kid who would be a great pickup for a program that is looking for a selfless big who is willing to do whatever it takes to help her team win.

Big post player who is going to be a difference maker. Call her easy money, she is always in chill mode, but when it’s time to play, she kicks it into another gear. Offensively, she is solid around the painted area, going through players and finishing strong off two. She has added counter moves to her game that make it even tougher for defenders to guard her. Anna is also affecting the screen game where she can showcase her midrange shot, but when she rolls, expect her to finish and also get a foul call. Defensively, she isn’t afraid to be physical and make it hard for opponents to establish their presence down low. She’s a solid ballplayer, and when she gets going, she is hard to stop.

Someone who stars in her role and does it well. This kid is a true anchor in the middle as she is an old-school back-to-the-basket player. Don’t get me wrong, the range and the face-up game is there as well. When it comes to putting the ball in the hole in the 8ft range, she is hard to deal with. She owns anything around that cylinder. She blocks shots, grabs rebounds, I mean, makes the other team really gameplan for other looks. She is gaining confidence and getting comfortable in her role, which equates to and will pose problems for other teams. She’s quiet-natured, yet her game speaks volumes. Look for her to be an important piece for Lipscomb as they look to return to the final 4.

Comes off the bench and gives solid minutes to a stout Lady Mustangs ball club. She is still finding her footing as she transferred in, however when its time to make a play, she’s there when she is needed the most. Has great hands, she finished dumped passes at the rim. She was big, grabbing O-boards and putting it back in, as well as anchoring the paint on the defensive end. She shines especially when teams go to zone as her height gives her an advantage. Look for her to get even more comfortable as the season rolls on.

Strong interior post player who finishes through contact. Has a nice arsenal of moves that she possesses in her bag. She can utilize many over the shoulder moves, counter moves, will face up and shoot a nice mid-range shot. She has a super soft touch to her shot, which seems to always find the bottom of the net. She anticipates well, and seems to always be in the right spot for second chance opportunities. Defensively, she is big-time on the boards. She blocks shots, eliminates second chances, and just causes havoc in the paint. A solid two-way player who is primed to have a breakout year.

nna played well on both ends, as a 6’3 post player Anna’s defense was key in one of the wins. She also did a good job posting up on the inside and scoring against the zone from the block.
