A selfless leader who is willing to do whatever to help her ballclub. She is a smart ballplayer who knows what each of her teammates is expected to do. She has played many roles over the years, and this year will be the one where she steps up and takes the reins as a leader. Look for her to help her team deep contend for state this upcoming season.

Guard for Lipscomb Academy. Macey Hunter Macey Hunter 5'6" | PG Lipscomb Academy | 2027 State TN had a solid junior season.

Hunter was a big part of Lipscomb, having an overall record of 27-8 last season. She is a big perimeter shooting threat and a scrappy defender. In the totality of the school season, Hunter had multiple games with either two or more steals or two or more makes from distance.

Her ability to stick with her assignment on defense is notable. She is able to do the following with her elite lateral movement. When it comes to Hunter’s shooting, she is good at catch-and-shoot actions. She also has a high arc on her jumper, making her shot hard to contest and block.

This young lady has come a long way and has increased her stock. She is playing with such confidence, and it shows in how she compliments her teammates on the floor. She dropped 12 points last night and hit some clutch 3’s down the stretch. It was almost as if she knew the ball was going in as soon as it left her hands. This young lady has learned to play with poise and pick spots to exploit during a game. She excels in her role and is ready to help this ball team advance to the next round against Knox Catholic.
