Mungo has been no stranger to receiving Division I offers over the years. Even when she was playing at the high school varsity level as a middle schooler, Mungo was receiving Division I looks. Her high school resume with Camden has included a pair of state championships. Mungo competed in 26 games this past season for a Bulldogs team that advanced to the 4A Upper State semifinals. She averaged 10.9 points, 4.7 assists, 3.8 steals and 2.4 rebounds per game. When the 2026-27 high school season tips off, Mungo and her Camden will return to the 3A classification – where those two state championships were won.

Ranked as the #1 PG in the 2027 class Mungo is averaging 11 pts, 5 assists and 4 steals on a solid Camden team. Braylin is very good in the open court with strong finishes or making reads on when to dish the ball to open teammates. She is a play maker on offense and a solid defender that can wreak havoc on the defensive end.

Camden’s margin of victory on Saturday night against 5A Division 2 Goose Creek was seven points. How many did Mungo finish with for her Bulldogs? Seven. Mungo is one of six juniors on this year’s Camden team. She particularly proved to be effective in the transition game and that allowed her to deliver several strong finishes at the rim. Mungo is also one of three team co-captains on this year’s Bulldogs team. She has played at the varsity level since she was in the seventh grade. Ball distribution, collecting steals and hauling in timely rebounds are other positive areas of the skillset this talented veteran guard brings to the court on a game-by-game basis.
