I was very excited to see Bree play again in person after seeing her previously with ETC at the Breslin Center in March of 2025. She put the same skills that impressed me then on full display during the Zero Star Showcase. Bree stood out during the 2v2 segment, sinking a deep three from the slot off the catch, hitting a pure step-back triple from the wing, and adding a smooth fadeaway baseline jumper with a soft touch off the glass. She kept the ball rolling during the games. Bree sprinted in to scrap for offensive rebounds, dished out assists off dribble penetration, and knocked down a smooth elbow jumper in transition. Bree used a hesitation dribble, then shifted into top gear to score a drive-by layup with her left hand, finishing the tough bucket with a soft touch high off the window. Bree buried a deep three off the catch, tripled from the corner, and added a silky smooth step-back three from the wing. I noted her confidence as a shooter throughout, and she looked to push the pace in transition after securing rebounds on the defensive end. Bree has good control and shiftiness off the dribble that make her a threat to drive, dish, and fill it up from downtown. She was a Top Performer during the event and a dynamic playmaker.

Bree, a sophomore guard for Ewen-Trout, continues to show why she is such an important piece to her team’s postseason success. After helping lead her squad to the Breslin Center as a freshman last season, she has her sights set on making another deep tournament run. Bree contributed 16 points in the Regional Semifinal victory and will be counted on again tonight when her team faces Ishpeming in the Regional Final. The dynamic guard is difficult for defenses to contain thanks to her ability to attack off the bounce, connect from the outside, and finish in a variety of ways near the basket. She plays the game with impressive composure and confidence, performing with a level of control that stands out for someone so early in her career.

Bree was dominant for ETC as a freshman, averaging 16.9 points, 4.6 assists, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.1 steals per game. Her sudden change of direction off the dribble, three-point accuracy, stealthy defense, and finishing ability going full-speed to the basket turned heads at the Breslin Center. She won U.P D4 Player of the Year and is a Yooper prospect to have on your radar.

Bree made an immediate impact in her freshman season, earning First Team All-State honors while leading her team on an impressive run to the Division 4 state finals. The 5-foot-3 guard was the engine that kept the Panthers rolling, averaging 16.9 points, 4.6 assists, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.1 steals per game. Her ability to create off the dribble, knock down shots from the perimeter, and finish creatively around the rim makes her a nightmare for opposing defenses. Bree plays with tremendous confidence and poise, showing maturity beyond her years. After such a remarkable debut season, I’m expecting another standout campaign from her as a sophomore.

Bree had a phenomenal two days at the Breslin Center–the moment wasn’t too big for this freshman hooper. She led ETC to a semifinal win with 15 points (6/7 FT), four rebounds, and three assists. Bree had another productive finals performance with nine points and five assists. Her perimeter game, shifty dribble drives, and finishing ability are qualities that give her upside as college prospect.

Bree was dynamic with her shifty hesitation and crossover dribbles. She beat defenders with a burst off the dribble to score a strong layup through a foul and tacked on the free throw. Bree crossed over her defender to score a smooth left-handed layup and converted free throws like a machine from the charity line with six in the game. Bree showed her perimeter accuracy with a deep straightaway triple and secured many rebounds. She split double teams with quick low crossover dribbles and created steals on defense. Bree led ETC to a 34-24 victory vs. Concord with 15 points (6/7 FTs), four rebounds, and three assists.
