Ben Davis opted to go with a youth movement this year, as the Lady Giants have three Freshmen averaging 20 or more minutes per game, plus they have two other rookies who have seen the floor in Varsity action already. Daijah is a really nice athlete, she’s a slashing style of scorer/attacker for the most part, but she can step outside and knock down a jumper when open, set, and in rhythm. The young guard for the Giants is averaging a solid 5.9 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.3 steals per game on a very difficult schedule. Look for her to potentially be a double-digit scorer in the next year or two for BDHS.
