Expert Analysis
Byron Xerxes Livsey | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Each year, I can confidently say that Hickman has shown growth in her skillset, and playing in different types of offenses has helped her do that. She does most of her work in the paint, where she can be a bruiser but also show the ability to be light on her feet. With her current program, she’ll be used a decent amount on the floor because of her ability to force mismatches. If her offseason work has focused on extending her game to the outside, then I’m sure her recruiting will jump a bit over the next year or so. There is potential here, and the more versatile her game becomes, the more attention she could draw.

Seals her defender and battles hard inside. Showed good post fundamentals and was active defensively with blocked shots. Would have liked to see her get more scoring opportunities, but she was dealing with an aggressive defense most of the night. Fits right in with the style you see from a lot of Trinity bigs, fundamental, physical, and tough around the basket.
