G.G. is one who is going to find a way to be impactful. Stealthy, like, she is going to strike in more ways than one. She’s always in control, which enables her to get to her spots and finish. She can be in attack mode and hit you with a 1,2 and float it. Or she can knock it down from the perimeter and make you pay. Defensively, she is solid. She’s going to stay in front and get a steal or deflection. She didn’t back down at all during The Expo. Picking her spots to exploit and went right at the girl on her. Look for her to grow in a lethal PC program and become a contributor sooner rather than later to a club that is about to turn up the volume even louder.

Tankersley did not play at all like a 2030 running the offense of a very talented and much older squad. Her play actually mirrored Taylor Hollins Taylor Hollins 5'5" | SG/PG Ensworth | 2029 TN almost exactly when the two subbed in and out for one another during the hockey substitutions. She is a very good ball handler who kept her dribble tight, compact, and low to the ground while surveying the floor and picking out her open teammates. When given the time and space, Gardenia knocked down multiple shots from three and the midrange, while also getting past the first line of defense and scoring from 12 feet in. The 2030 class is loaded with talent and Tankersley proved she belongs in the discussion with better point guards in that group.

A solid ball player with tremendous upside, this kid is a stealthy ball player. One who can knock down three balls, as well as slice to the rim, she’s going to find a way to put the ball in the bottom of the net. One thing people tend to sleep on is her defensive ability. She’s a solid on-ball defender, picking people’s pockets, but she’s also a great anticipator who will jump the Lane to intercept the pass and head the other way. She’s going to be an asset to her school in the coming years. One who’s going to give it her all every time she steps onto the floor and put on a show. Look for her to continue growing and become someone who will turn the heads of collegiate coaches at the next level.
