Grace was determined to help her team win against one of the best teams in D1 and that’s exactly what she did. Grace picked up the offense early, using a screen to drive by defenders for a layup. She utilized an effective pivot dribble to beat her defender for a baseline floater and knocked down her free throw after scoring a strong layup off two feet. Grace deflected passes and created multiple steals on defense that she turned into assists. Grace ended the game with 9 points, 4 assists, and 4 steals. Her complete performance was crucial to Frankenmuth’s 39-31 win over Heritage.
