Meyer is one of the top shooters in the Arizona 2028 class. She has a very quick trigger off the catch that allowed her to knock down 75 three pointers this season including a career high 10 made threes against Pueblo. She has a very skilled handle and great speed. Sees the floor at a high level and makes greats passes to the open look. Solid defensive player who quickly picks up in transition and pressures her opponents the length of the court. Meyer has the ability to impact the game on both ends of the court at a high level. Her effort helped her earn First Team 5A Sonoran Region.

Meyer has a very cool and calm look but is a menace on the court. Plays well defensively, applying pressure and forcing opposition into uncomfortable situations. Reads and reacts quickly. Great in transition keeping her spacing. Can shoot lights out from beyond the arc. She had her best shooting performances against a top two team in their conference. Meyer dropped 30 points shooting 10 of 17 (59%) from beyond the arc against #2 Pueblo. On the season she averaged 10 points, 1.7 assists, 1.8 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game. She was selected to first team all region this season after helping the Falcons secure the 5A Sonoran Region Championship and a top 5 ranking in state. Meyer, still with two years left will be vital for the success of the Falcons for the next two years.

Jamie Meyer Jamie Meyer 5'6" | CG State AZ is someone who is under the radar right now, but will soon be a household name in Southern Arizona basketball circles. She played some varsity basketball this season, her freshman year, but she was behind some very good senior players that have now graduated. Jamie has good offensive skills and defensive skills, but she is the type of player that is driven and motivated to become a great player. She works hard all year at developing her game, and Catalina Foothills will be counting on her to become a significant part of their roster moving forward.

Jamie Meyer Jamie Meyer 5'6" | CG State AZ is the new kid on the block for the Lady Falcons. She is the only Freshman that is getting playing time for this experienced and talented group. Meyer is a very good shooter and has a very good basketball IQ for a Freshman. She is also not intimidated by the moment of big time Varsity level games. A Player to Watch for sure.
