Tiznado is a hustler who plays with an incredibly strong motor. She is one of the best players off the ball in Southern Arizona. Constantly on the go moving with purpose. Fierce on the defensive end forcing bad passes and turnovers with her physical pressure. Despite putting up 4.7 points, 1.9 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game this season Tiznado was selected to the 5A Southern Region First Team because of her ability to impact the game at a high level. Stats don’t always tell a players ability to impact the game and Tiznado is a testament to that. A college level guard who will be vital for the Falcons to make a deep playoff run again next season.

Tiznado had another successful season as a Falcon. She found herself earning First Team 5A Sonoran Region Honors. She shows tremendous leadership and absolutely hustles on the court. Has the skill and strength to get through the defense and score through contact at the basket. Will also catch and shoot from beyond the arc. Tiznado is one of the most unselfish players I saw play this season and truly put her teams best interest first. Tiznado plays the game with great energy and plays every possession with everything she has.

Tiznado competes hard on both ends of the floor. She shows good scoring and facilitation ability and her veteran leadership will be impactful for her team’s success this season. Tiznado will be a solid floor general for a smaller college as she makes good decisions and has a high basketball IQ.

Tiznado might’ve played with the most energy the entire weekend. She didn’t necessarily fill out the stat book but she may have been one of the most impactful players I saw this weekend. A true defender that can guard the length of the court and didn’t seem to ever be “out matched” against an opponent. Strong one both ends. Can knock down shots and create on the offensive end. Again, one of the most impactful players of the weekend.

Tiznado has good ball handling skills and plays with a good change of pace. She’s a pure point guard that was looking to set up teammates. She also played solid defense on the help side and on the ball.
