Jasmine Harris came right in ready to shoot knowing when to take the shot or keep swinging the ball.  She has been absolutely on fire the last three games from deep showing off her range and ability to expand the floor.  She attacks the basket finding the open lane easily scoring at the rim.

Jasmine Harris has a special finesse with the ball being able to make some moves that are highlight worthy because she knows exactly when to execute them.  She shows off her handles on the way to the basket protecting the possession with her change of direction moves and ball fakes.  She can create her own space attacking the basket and pulling up for her jumper, or she can set herself up around the perimeter knocking down her shot from deep.

Jasmine Harris Jasmine Harris 5'8" | CG Northern Guilford | 2024 State NC has a good feel for the ball on both ends of the court.  She can jump into passing lanes grabbing the steal, and she has a good variety of moves on fast breaks including a spin move and Euro step to get some points at the rim.  Her change of speed moves help create some space for her to pull up for the midrange or knock down a shot from deep around the perimeter.  Her quickness allows her to get up the court being ready for a pass and bucket in transition.

Jasmine Harris Jasmine Harris 5'8" | CG Northern Guilford | 2024 State NC showed off her handles dribbling in the lane to open up the court and making some nice dishes to her teammates.  She stripped the ball from her teammates and pushed the other direction with ease attacking the basket.  She showed off her range shooting the ball from around the perimeter.  Her ability to attack the basket leads to old fashioned three point plays, too.

Jasmine Harris is a coach’s dream.  She learns moves in drills and in practice, and she finds ways to execute them in a game situation.  Not only does she perfect the move, but her IQ allows her to see the court in ways where she knows she can use the move going full speed.  She has a finesse attacking the basket and making adjustments at the rim that allow her to score, and she can definitely knock down her shot from all over the court.  She was a major part of the success for Northern this past season going undefeated in the regular season and conference tournament.  It was no surprise that she was awarded player of the year for District 7.

Jasmine Harris did everything for her group crashing the boards on both ends to grab rebounds, and she did so offensively to get some second chance points.  She is smooth with her tricky handles breaking ankles running full speed, and she attacks the rim or knocks down her shot from deep.  She finds her open teammates on the block after penetrating the paint.  She’s smart in transition weighing her options between making a pass, taking it all the way, or pulling up for a jump shot.  She even had a nice blocked shot.
