Williams has a skill-set that is going to translate to the collegiate floor almost immediately once she gets on campus. She is a top-notch defender with elite athletic ability and a smart head on her shoulders. Those things are going to help her stand out almost right away on any floor when she competes. It’s important to note that even elite high school prospects have an adjustment period to the college level but once Williams gets through that transition the first month, she should be a name we hear for years to come out of the Big East. It’s been exciting to watch Williams on her journey over the past four years. She has proven time and time again that she is the best guard defender in Iowa and she is ready to take that ability to the next level.
