Before her injury, she averaged 14.6 points and 8.6 rebounds per game, piling up double-doubles and leading Metcalfe County to a 16th District championship. Once she’s back at full strength, expect Allen’s leadership, energy, and all-around skill to help the Lady Hornets push for a 4th Region crown.

Her combination of size, skill, and basketball IQ really works in her favor. She can finish in the paint in a variety of ways and has a nice stroke from the mid-range and from deep. Josie can guard multiple positions on the defensive side of the floor and she is very good at collecting rebounds.
