Kairah Dixon Booker is another versatile athlete helping lead her North Meck Vikings to the “Elite 8” of the NCHSAA 4A playoffs. Even though she isn’t a point guard, she was certainly controlling the tempo in the game against Lake Norman knowing when to push the ball up the court or settle things down to run an offensive play. She drives hard to the hoop finishing on both sides, and she is sure to get rebounds on both ends of the court. She sees the floor well finding her open teammates as they cut to the basket to get some points.

Kairah Dixon Booker was the leading scorer for the Vikings making sure she left it all out on the court in her final game of high school. She is aggressive in the paint going after rebounds and putting up shots. She drives hard to the hoop no matter what contact may be there for her. She does a little bit of everything for her team handling the ball, rebounding, and knocking down shots. She was nice on defense stripping the ball and blocking shots.

Kairah Dixon-Booker has been doing it all for her team. She gets inside to do to the dirty work cleaning up around the glass, and she can handle the ball herself for some solo fast breaks off these defensive rebounds. She elevates over her opponents for her jump shot, or she can drive it all the way to the hoop even finishing through contact. She’s a tough defender taking care of things in the paint, and she can step out around the perimeter going against guards trying to dribble by her.
