The Wisconsin Rapids native was among the older kids on the first day of camp, but she showed plenty of positive qualities in her time in Madison. Konkol saw the floor well and utilized her passing to get her teammates open looks. She shot the ball when I watched her play, and I liked how confident she was. Konkol was also one of the most impressive players in the 3v3 portion of camp.

The Wisconsin Rapids native has made a name for herself this grassroots season and is coming off a solid first season of high school basketball. Konkol is a player who is comfortable handling the ball under pressure and being the focal point of her team’s offense. She is a player capable of having a breakout season this winter and has the skill to excel as she matures in the Wisconsin Valley.

I was impressed with the Wisconsin Rapids native the first time I saw her this AAU season, about a month ago. Konkol has shown she can handle the ball under pressure and has created shots off the dribble. She is a player who took me by surprise from how I viewed her in her first high school season, and it took a few possessions for me to rethink what I had seen over the winter, which shows a lot of growth on her end.
