of Millard West High School. Lovette is a smooth operator. She knows what her role is and she knows what everyone else can do around her, which is always important. She can shoot and catch on fire from deep if she see’s one go in early but she is also not afraid to drive to the hoop for finishes or easy assists. Millard West has a few new faces at the front of the pack this Winter. If all of those prospects can play their part and do their job, they should put together a rememberable couple of months.

comes to us as a craft Guard, that is very hard to stay in front of in the open court. She is shifty with her handle and creative, all while being able to finish at the rim in a plethora of different ways. If she is not scoring the ball, she is being a menace defensively or creating for others at every opportunity. This is another prospect that has a lot of promise. She makes her presence known on both sides of the ball and that is something you can’t say about everyone out there. Hopefully she can keep up this momentum from the beginning of the season and ride it into the Summer with this group. They are very talented so to standout in anyway is impressive and Lovette can stand out.

and her Millard West High School program just put together one of the best seasons we have seen in a long time throughout the state. Lovette is a someone to know. She is going to be a prospect that MUST step up these next few seasons if her and her team want to win some games. They may of just put together a great Winter but they are going to be losing a bunch of Seniors that produced for them in big ways. This is going to leave a lot of opportunities in the future for someone to step up and Lovette is a part of that plan. Playing next to the Gessert sisters can be tough with how good they are but they also make the teammates around them better so we will just have to see how every adapts to the situation but there is a lot to like her looking toward this upcoming 2024-2025 season.
