About Maleah

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am versatile on the court. I can play down low or up top. I shoot the three ball and can drive to the hole. I love to give and go or basket cut to beat my defender. I can push the ball up the court for a fast break. I’m strongest on my left.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a leader on my team. I am serious on the court and very competitive. I play with intensity and heart. I am outgoing and assertive.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am in my school's choir and have received several state recognitions for our performances. I’ve been selected to be a web leader and mentor for the incoming students.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am the leader of my travel team. I helped to build our team chemistry and I am looked to as the captain. I volunteer at my church in the children’s ministry.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I played other sports and participated in other activities. I didn’t start playing basketball until the end of 6th grade. I had a lot to learn but I’m in the gym constantly practicing and getting better. I’m performing well after only playing for a short time.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am open to attending a college or university that has a strong competitive girls basketball program. I am open to remaining in state or going out of state to play for the right program.

She played with high energy and toughness, showing aggressive on-ball defense and a willingness to battle down low in the paint to get rebounds. Offensively, Pringle used her physicality to attack the rim but also displays a smooth outside shot, making her a versatile scoring threat. Her combination of strength, defensive intensity, and multi-level scoring gives her the tools to be an influential player for the Zebras.
