The senior forward is a quality player for Edmond North, who pops up in the right place, at right times for rebounds, open looks and more. Her height is useful as a rebounder and when helping to contest shots on the defensive end as well. She even took a charge in the fourth quarter, fitting for the Lady Huskies program. Mix in the occasional mid-range jumper and finish around the hoop, and Jackson is a key component in the well oiled machine that is the Edmond North.

At 5’111 Mallory showed that she can do a little bit of everything. A 2/3 guard combo that can shoot the outside shot as well as attack the rim with a strong finish. Demonstrated a mid range jump shot and nice post square up turn around. Named Honorable Mention All Conference last season at Edmond North. I am expecting her role to increase due to senior graduation last season.

Mallory was able to show her skills as an all around ball player at the Top 250 – as she shot well off the catch and shoot and aggressively rebounded on both ends of the court. — she ran the floor well in transition, finished at the rim and was a force on defense! Jackson is a player that can guard both the perimeter and the inside — she utilized her length to make a number of stops on defense!

Coaches always talk about wanting a player from a winning tradition or someone that just knows how to win, well… here she is. Mallory was part of the Edmond North back-to-back State Champs and she plays with the confidence to prove it. She’s long and tall and very fluid with her movement. She gets out in transition and runs the floor very well. With the ball in her hands, she showed a silky smooth finish inside, with the ability to weave through traffic and finish consistently through contact. Mallory plays like a 3/4-hybrid where she knows how to gain position inside and rebounds well, yet she is 100% comfortable draining threes and using her dribble-drive to blow by sleepy defenders. Jackson is a tremendous all-around prospect from a winning tradition, I can’t imagine she’ll be available that much longer, coaches.
