About Olivia

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a versatile guard who can play both shooting guard and point guard, but defense is where I really make an impact. I’m a quick guard who likes to push the pace, attack the basket, look for open teammates, and knock down open shots.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a team-first mentality and always try to lift up the people around me. I love encouraging my teammates, staying positive, and doing whatever it takes for my team. Whether that’s scoring, playing tough defense, or bringing energy from the bench.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

In the 24-25 school year I was part of the National Junior Honors Society as well as the High Honor Role the second semester of the school year. I also received the Core Values Award which was given to students who demonstrated the five core values IMG stands for. These values are, “Absolute Integrity”, “Open Mind”, “Passionate Soul”, “Helpful Heart”, and “Champion Spirit”.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

At IMG Academy, I’ve grown as a leader by guarding top players, running plays, and encouraging teammates. I also take a leadership class where I learned that leadership isn’t just about talking it’s about setting an example through effort, attitude, and communication. I’ve given back through community service, like helping special needs athletes. I lead by example on and off the court.
