About Reese
Expert Analysis
Niles Bateman | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
A forward with great size, Reese works hard on both ends of the floor to make a difference. She positions herself in a way to set herself up for easy baskets in the paint, runs the floor well, as well as making herself known on the defensive end, picking up players down low and on the perimeter. Reese should play a big part in Lake Washington’s success in the upcoming season.

Showed lots of versatility playing all over the floor on defense and getting easy buckets cutting to the hoop. She is long and uses that to be effective in the lane. She has a nice touch on her shot but most of her damage came from getting herself into position to score in the lane.

Lake Washington is filled with talent but they all balance each other out very nicely. Reese is a long, lanky wing who can play inside or out, being able to score from inside the paint or from beyond the three point line. Her versatility comes in handy as she can guard almost all positions on the court.

Reese has been the second Roberts to have a phenomenal season for Karns. She’s another really diverse kids that can play a multitude of spots. She impacts winning in multiple ways, and its obvious when you look at her stat line: 15 points, 4 rebounds, 4 steals, 4 assists. That’s the stat line of a winner.

Reese provides a lot of length in the frontcourt. Her athleticism is as important as the length. I may say this a lot but she really runs the floor well. That’s important for a player that is 6’0. She moves without the ball and her ability to finish plays at the rim is just one of her strengths. She has good hands, rebounds well, and has the potential to be a difference maker on defense. She will be an important part of Lake Washington’s success in 2024. Reece is the best frontcourt player, along with standout guards,
