averaged a double-double as a senior while also dishing out over 5 assist per game. Impressive is a word that doesn’t do that justice. Williams is a baller with a whole lot of heart. She can play inside to out and is dominant from 15ft and in on offense. She has an extensive “bag” of skill moves in the post and mid-post while being able to screen and roll or screen and pop for a jump-shot from mid-range. On defense she does a great job of staying down on pump fakes and using her physicality to her advantage a majority of the time. Williams is an Oklahoma women’s basketball commit with a promising future in front of her for the Sooners. She is going to be a player who is smart and gives you all she can to try and help her program win, no matter the cost. It’s been exciting to watch her talents shine at the high school level but I think it’s time that she shows everyone what she can really do.

. That’s all. Thats the article. Not really but that’s how good of player Williams really is. She is a special talent, a talent that most programs will never understand because they will never have a player like her around. The Oklahoma women basketball commit is different. She is a physical force that can’t be stopped near the hoop. She is agile, versatile, and smart all along with being equipped athletically more then most. This Waterloo West team does a great job of running their offense through their stars and showing them off in an efficient way. Something impressive from the players to execute and the coaches for putting it together. I want to see Williams VS the Dragons. This will be her toughest test on the year and I want to see what she can really do on the biggest stage with the brightest lights against some other big-time D1 talent. A court, that if it were to happen, would have 5-8 D1 recruits at one time.

Williams, an Oklahoma recruit, is a handful. She’s a wonderful combination of power and finesse with a high skill level. She’s improved her mid-range and behind-the-arc game through the years. She attacks the glass with a purpose on both ends of the court. Her athleticism allows her to guard multiple positions.

will always come up. Williams, the University of Oklahoma women’s commit, has been doing her thing this season and showing out to help her squad start this season undefeated going into break at 8-0. Williams is a difference maker, a complete game changer. Plain and Simple. She is a versatile athlete with an extremely high basketball IQ who prides herself on working harder than everyone else in the room. She gets it done on both ends of the floor by scoring the ball at an efficient and high rate while also being a menace on defense to her opponents. Not to mention that she has good speed, a solid handle, and can finish through contact in the post. If West does get the match-up to face the Dragons at some point it’ll be interesting to see who guards Williams and how they attempt to slow her down. Again, if this match-up does occur, it could go down as one of the best games ever played in Iowa high school women’s basketball and that says a lot about the athletes that would be in this contest. I can’t remember a time where there were debatably 5-8 D1 players competing in a high school setting.

and Waterloo West high school go into break with an 8-0 overall record and a great start to their 22′-23′ season. Williams is averaging just over 20 PPG, 10 RPG, 4 APG, and 4 SPG while shooting 53% from the field in a dominating fashion. The Oklahoma Women’s basketball commit is coming off of a Gold Medal summer with Team USA in the 3 x 3 event where she really brought her “A” game. She is using that momentum to keep up her productivity going into the last season of her high school career, where she will give it one more shot at winning a 5A state championship. Williams is one of the best players a college coach could want going into next season and I expect her to make an impact right away as a freshman. I am excited to see how Williams will fair in the state tournament in the spring as she will be marked as the main concern for her opponents when it comes to production. It should be a very good state tournament at the 5A level when it gets to it as there are some insanely good teams overall who will be competing for the title.

of Waterloo West High School. Williams returns as maybe the most diverse player in the state for her senior year, after having a memorable junior season and leading her team to the state championship game. The University Of Oklahoma women’s basketball commit is a once and a life time type of player for a high school coach as she is long, athletic, quick, physical, and a very skilled player on top of it all. She can dribble with either hand, can post up on the low block or in the mid-post, she can read her opponent so she knows what will work to score, and she can play fundamental defense. Moving her up in this spot makes a lot of sense and many would agree as her ceiling maybe the highest in the state going forward.

is the most versatile and skilled player in the state at the 5A level this upcoming year and she is going to show everyone why this winter once things tip off. The Oklahoma women’s basketball commit has been dominating every court that she has been stepping on these past few years and it’s not going to change this high school season. Coming off of a year where her Waterloo West High School team made it to state championship with a solid core group, they will all return once again with the same idea in mind, to win it all. Williams is the full package when it comes to a player at her age. With her god given abilities, basketball skill, and calm demeanor, Williams will show out this winter as not only one of the top shot makers in the state but one of the top players in the state. Anyone who has an opportunity to watch Waterloo West this season, I would suggest to do it. Williams and her point guard,

is not defined by just her game on the offensive end but on the defensive end as well. Being a leader on both ends of the floor, the Oklahoma basketball commit sees the game differently than most at her age. Being able to switch from guard to big on defense, while being a mismatch on offense puts the Waterloo West Wahawks back in a position this year to make another big state ran once playoffs begin. Coming off of a year where Williams averaged 19.7 PPG on 52.6% shooting, 32.3% from three, 6.7 RPG, and 4.0 APG, the star forward is a complete player, being able to score efficiently, and in a multiple of ways, it comes to no surprise that anyone having to guard this Waterloo West team will have a long night in front of them. When people talk about the best girls back court in high school basketball this season, it maybe
