Sophia had a terrific summer on the New Balance circuit, and it was fun watching her confidence grow throughout the season. She was dominant on the glass while playing tough defense and setting good screens. She made timely shots and I have her leading Baltimore County in rebounds this upcoming season. She committed to Bates College this month so she can go ahead and just focus on her game going forward.

One of the better rebounders at the event. She grabbed everything she got her hands on and ran down some out of area balls as well. Showed a nice touch around the basket and hit some short jumpers from the corner. Played tough defense and came up with a lot of loose balls.
