Standing at 5’8 with plenty of length, Perry is one of the lenthier point guards in the freshman class. She’s quick, plays with effortless athleticism, and consistently gives 100% on both ends of the floor. Though not the flashiest player, Stella keeps things simple, sticking to the areas where she truly excels. The Lakeville North freshman is a standout three-point shooter with a smooth, left-handed shot, and tireless perimeter defender that uses her active hands and lateral quickness to create stops and force turnovers. After graduating several seniors at the end of last season, Perry is going to be instrumental for the Panthers this year. 

By this point we are well familiar with Perry’s game. She plays with fluid athleticism, is a disruptive perimeter defender, and can shoot the lights out on any given day. On Sunday it was no different. The 5’8 guard helped lead the way for Team 8, providing quiet leadership and maintaining poise at the top of the key. We were impressed with Stella’s ability to keep things simple, maintaining a calm, business-like demeanor. The Lakeville North freshman’s high basketball IQ and court vision were also tremendous assets for Team 8.

A bouncy young guard, Perry is one of the core members of Josh Hersch’s 2029 Stars team this summer. The Lakeville North 8th grader currently stands at 5’8 with length and plenty of speed. Due to these attributes, plus her quick hands and tireless work ethic,  Stella excels as an on-ball defender. On offense Perry is most known for her three-point shooting ability. With a smooth, left handed shot, she can easily knock shots down from range all day long. The future is bright for the youngest of the Perry sisters, who plays the game with clarity and confidence.
