She analyzes the game, well her mom played in the W and listening to her break things down were better than some of these so called experts popping up daily, yet speaking of popping up, her interior defense and scoring around the basket will be key on how far they go, plus she can drop the jumper

Perkins made my Tip Sheet for the first time in 2018, which is why I always say “use the search bar” and I talked about her “studying” the game. I also said I was going to love her progression and I have when I was able to catch her so her scoring around the basket after contact was nice, as well as off the dribble yet her DEFENSE was really impressive inside the paint, as well as her reading the floor and playing the passing lane

Perkins dad played at the next level, her mom played in the W for many seasons yet none of that matters if you don’t put in the work and watching her progression over the years shows that she has definitely put in the work as she’s heading to Rutgers. She is another long and athletic player, remember that will ALWAYS be the base so her timing and rebounding were big pluses, so was her scoring around the basket. I also enjoyed her taking the defender off the dribble to score and finish after contact
