Karsyn Nelson-Let it Rain 2024 Black
The only thing that Nelson didn’t do to start the day off was score well, and that goes for her team as a whole on Sunday morning. However, Nelson did just about everything else to help her team compete. Nelson rebounded well on the offensive and defensive glass, created extra possessions, and seemed to find her way to most loose balls. Nelson was an integral figure in her team’s comeback, and I left impressed with the energy she brought to the floor.
Amaya Bridgewater Amaya Bridgewater 5'10" | CG Pius XI | 2024 WI -Let it Rain 2024 Black
The 5-foot-9 wing scored the ball well in Council Bluffs over the weekend. Whenever her team needed a basket, she found a way to get some points on the board. In her game early Sunday, her team trailed 24-10 with about three minutes to go in the first half. Bridgewater knocked down three consecutive 3’s to go on a personal 9-0 run to cut the lead to five and eventually win the game. In that game, a coach on the other team wanted to have their lead guard attack her on the perimeter, and Bridgewater forced a turnover. It was a successful weekend for the wing.
Camdyn Kay Camdyn Kay 5'10" | CG Dubuque Hempstead | 2024 State IA -Iowa Prep 2024 Platinum
I loved what I saw from Kay on Sunday, especially to start the game. The 5-foot-10 wing started the game, scoring seven points in any way imaginable. She knocked down a 3-pointer, attacked the basket twice, and earned a bucket after getting hit. That start makes Kay as intriguing of a prospect as she is. There isn’t much a team can do to slow her down when she’s at her best.
Ella Bockenstedt Ella Bockenstedt 6'0" | PF Marion | 2023 State IA -Iowa Prep 2023 Platinum
You won’t find many 6-footers as versatile as Bockenstedt around. She’s an excellent athlete who moves her feet well on the perimeter and has the strength to play with post players. I loved what she was able to do defensively, making shots around the basket difficult and constantly fighting for position. There isn’t much that Bockenstedt doesn’t have some form of counter to anything the opposition does.
Allie Dahl-Wisconsin Academy 2026 Demuth
The 5-foot-7 guard possesses a ton of potential to be a talented high school player. She’s raw skill-wise right now, that’s okay for 2026 prospects at this stage, but she showed positive signs on Sunday. She took good shots and never tried to do too much. I love kids who know their strengths and weaknesses and play in a way that maximizes what they do best, and that was Dahl on Sunday. Some players never fully apply that, and the 2026 future Albany guard already has that figured out.
