Let’s look at some players that stood out at the Prep Girls Hoops Michigan Top 250 because of their hustle.

Hustling down the floor can lead to stops or easy buckets. Meredith was rewarded with both as she constantly battled to beat her opponents to the other end. She must work on her speed in the off season because she can put her head down and go.
If you want to be considered a scrappy player, you absolutely have to hustle. Well, scrappy was a great definition of Hulst’s play on Saturday. She simply went after it at the Top 250. There were times where Hulst just wouldn’t be denied.

Hustle players are willing to sacrifice themselves in order to make plays for their team. Vogel did this time and time again. There was no hesitation when a tough screen needed to be set.

Farr’s entire game screams hustle. She only goes at top speed and doesn’t slow down no matter how many minutes she’s logged. Farr’s energy and hustle is contagious as well as teammates will follow her lead.

Wright looked like she doesn’t no any other way to play other than with grit. She was always willing to hit the floor to secure a loose ball. Wright didn’t jog down the floor, she sprinted, showing tons of hustle.

Banks showed that she could play a tough and physical game and wasn’t scared to play with contact. She was willing to play through it and succeeded in doing so. You could tell that Banks really wanted it when she played at the Top 250.
Lyon walked in the gym ready to go all out. That she did as she was seen hitting the floor and battling on every possession. Lyon could really make a name for herself with that type of hustle.
It seems like Ashbaugh is in a lot of articles after the Top 250. Well, she deserves it with the energy that she brought on Saturday. Ashbaugh battled on both ends and was very fast up and down the court all day.
