1. Sienna Betts Sienna Betts 6'5" | PF Grandview | 2025 State CO – Grandview
Betts is without a doubt the No.1 player in the class. The 6’5 forward has dominated to start the year as she is averaging 20.8pts and 14.8rebs in 8 games. Heading into the break, her Grandview team sits at 5-3 on the season. Sienna has been versatile on the offensive end of the floor this year, whether it’s leading the break in transition or passing out of the double team that comes her way on almost every possession. Defensively, she’s been an anchor as she protects the paint and is putting up an eye-popping 4.8 blocks a game. She is an elite player and still learning the game. I am thrilled to see what she looks like come senior year but for now is one of the top players in the state regardless of class.
2. Tianna Chambers Tianna Chambers 6'0" | CG Cherry Creek | 2025 State CO – Cherry Creek
Athletes like Tianna Chambers Tianna Chambers 6'0" | CG Cherry Creek | 2025 State CO don’t come around too often. She’s quick, she’s strong, and can guard any player that he coach asks her to, that is special. Her defense is how she has made a name for herself over the past two years as Tianna refuses to get scored on and isn’t afraid to be aggressive with guards. She can guard multiple positions and uses her speed and strength in ways that other players do not. Offensively, she has been able to improve her jump shot, which has opened up the driving lanes more. Once she is able to get downhill there aren’t very many players that can stop her and she is starting to see the game slow down for her a bit.
3. Gianna Smith Gianna Smith 5'9" | CG Arapahoe | 2025 State CO – Arapahoe
Gianna’s game is as smooth as they come. There aren’t too many times you’ll see her rattled or unsure of what to do and that calmness has her teammates looking towards her as a leader despite being an underclassman. As a freshman, she was able play a vital part of a team that contended for a championship so going into her sophomore year I’m expecting her to help lead the team and get them right back in the mix. Early into the season, she is averaging 14.7 pts as well as 6.7 rebs a game and taking over in games. She’s productive and staying aggressive and is a player that continues to shine each time out. She comes in as the No. 3 player in the class.
4. Quinn Vansickle– Valor Christian
Quinn Vansickle comes from a family of players that just it done. She is the youngest out of the bunch but plays with such conviction. Coming into this season I was interested to see if Quinn could keep the same level of play as she had her freshmen year from a scoring standing point. So far she’s been able to do that and more as she is averaging 13 points a game which is good for another dangerous weapon on the team. She’s also averaging 5.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists to go along with it. What I’ve been most impressed with from Quinn this season is her ability to get downhill and score off of the dribble but also look to create for others. Her game continues to evolve and by her senior year, I think she will be one of the top guards in the state.
5. Tori Baker-Highlands Ranch
Tori Baker has a flare to her offensively and that confidence has her playing at a high level. She is taking over games and the team relies on her to be the go-to guy. Over the last two years, she has taken on more of a leadership role at the point guard spot for Highlands Ranch. This season she is being asked to take on more of that role and to help bring the other underclassmen up to speed along with her. This will help in the next two seasons with chemistry as well. Midway through the season, Highlands Ranch has a 7-2 record and she averages 11.5 points and 3.5 assists. She’s also shooting 43% from beyond the arc and is a player that opposing teams have to be worried about.
