Mya had a tremendous outing at the HoopHer Challenge. She shot 4-6 from three-point range and made a number of big plays to keep Mt. Carmel in the game. This was a big coming out game for her as she played solid defense and made the most of her opportunities. Looking forward to seeing her work this summer.

I was very impressed with Sara in Hammond’s game against Howard. At six feet she has good size and is an exceptional athlete. She has the ability to make shots, and was especially efficient around the basket and from mid-range. She is a good defender and came up with a couple of nice blocks. She has good timing and instincts.
Very athletic wing with some versatility in her game. She guarded multiple positions and looked comfortable playing some point when necessary. She blew by several defenders with a quick first step and finished strong at the rim. She handled the ball well in transition, showing the ability to go coast to coast.
On Howard’s senior night Meghan showed and crashed the party, forgetting that she is only a sophomore. She was a force inside, controlling the boards and playing solid defense. She moved well without the ball and threw some crisp, accurate passes to set up her teammates. She also knocked down four 3-pointers. Solid all-around game for Meghan.
