[player_tooltip player_id='621240' first='Liza' last='Dugan'], 5'6", SG, Bishop Carroll - Dugan brings speed and quickness on both ends of the floor. Fast in transition, she is also a perimeter shooter teams must respect.

[player_tooltip player_id='544009' first='Aniyah' last='Harris'], 5'7", PG, Wichita Southeast - The greatest range I saw all season was from Harris. I'm talking a "someone better guard her" type shooter. Olathe South, at the Mid America Classic, had a great view of an all-netter from near the media table (McPherson High School supplies college level media table space). Also, handles through traffic, can create her own shot, an can whirl off the drive to finish with either hand. She will defend ball handlers but also is called upon to bang with power forwards like South's [player_tooltip player_id='347855' first='Ella' last='Anderson'].

[player_tooltip player_id='544016' first='Charley' last='Hill'], 5'9", SF, Wichita North - My colleague Akiem Bailum happened to catch Hill at the PGH Live event last May. He described her as a player who shows in her game the strong desire to win. She weaved through defenders off the bounce, was a scoring threat with range, and was a consistent threat to steal the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='544984' first='Avery' last='McCorry'], 5'9", SF/SG, Bishop Carroll - In the years ahead what can be expected from McCorry is scoring the ball. From everywhere. Not just because she has good length, speed with the ball, and an ability to score the ball in a variety of ways. The difference maker is she has the handles to create space. Opening the floor for her attack or to generate an assist off the dribble will happen just as well as her taking a quality shot from her work. Her scoring ability also makes her a player defenders must find to keep her off the offensive glass.

[player_tooltip player_id='621243' first='Quincey' last='Gilbert'], 5'3", SG, Wichita Southeast - Gilbert is a quick, solidly built guard who can shoot it. How well? Against Olathe South at the Mid America Classic, 3/3 from beyond the arc.

[player_tooltip player_id='621239' first='Trinity' last='Dixon'], 5'1", PG, Wichita Southeast - Dixon can flat be annoying to opponents due to her quickness and assertiveness.. Offensively, whether in transition or off the bounce Dixon lofts a quick release, tear drop floater that rim protectors do not expect. On defense, she is adept at tying up rebounders, or getting a steal, when the ball is thoughtlessly brought down.

Author's Note: Wichita Southeast's [player_tooltip player_id='544009' first='Aniyah' last='Harris'] was inadvertently left out of the previous version of this article.
