I was able to catch a few games at the Lamelo Ball Invitational hosted in Charlotte, and these sophomores were showing out for the beginning of their travel basketball seasons. Here are some of the 2025s who have a hot start this year.
Jocelyne Grier Jocelyne Grier 5’8″ | CG Winston-Salem Christian National | 2025 State NC showed her strong shooting getting to the open spots to put up her shot. She attacked the basket getting to the hoop with ease taking advantage of even the smallest opening to score. She scored through contact making some old fashioned three point plays as well. She is quick handling the ball, and she is constantly moving relocating after the pass.
