With having a vast amount of skilled players out of this state, throughout all age levels, to be named as basically 1 of the Top 25 for an age group, for an entire AAU season speaks volumes. It shows to everyone watching out there that no matter the stage, competition level, or situation in front of the player – They WILL succeed. Below is the list of players selected to the 15U All State-First Team, for the spring/summer AAU season, out of the state of Iowa. Thanks for tuning in and enjoy!
KeaOnna Worley KeaOnna Worley 5’4″ | PG Prairie | 2027 State IA was the top, pure point guard at the 15U AAU level throughout the state of Iowa this spring/summer season. Worley’s game is seasoned. One of those players that you watch for five minutes and know, this girl can HOOP. She displays a great handle, elite vision, a willingness to pass, with the ability to score from all three levels on the floor. She is also the type of player that can pick you up in the full court for an entire game, causing some real havoc for the opposing team. Like I said, this AAU season, there was no better natural point guard out there competing at the 15U level. Worley was definitely the top dog and she did it while playing up an age level. Very impressive.

Nakia Ollivierre Nakia Ollivierre 5’9″ | PG Waterloo West | 2026 IA is another player that could of taken the top spot as the #1 point guard at the 15U level but with her scoring ability and how she plays, she really runs more of a shooting guard spot in my eyes. Ollivierre is a state-wide and nationally ranked player that is committed to West Point for her college basketball career. This AAU season she did a great job of showing that she will be a big producer once she gets there. She is a player that has speed, strength, and can play a handful of different spots right now on the floor. As she gets older and her game evolves, I expect Nakia to become a dominate scoring point guard or a dominate shooting guard at the college level. She definitely will be described as a point guard to most but if you watch her game, naturally she fits a 2-guard role. A player that can handle and play point for you if needed but you’d rather have her as your off-guard, with someone who can distribute to her at that position consistently. As it goes for the 15U AAU All State-First team, Nakia fits in this spot nicely.

Next we get to a player that has the nicest shooting stroke in the 2026 class out of Iowa and that is Averie Lower Averie Lower 5’11” | SG Clear Creek Amana | 2026 State IA . Lower is a long and agile shooting guard that can make it rain in a hurry. She moves off of the ball well to open spots, has a lighting quick release, and doesn’t settle if the defense over-plays her. Last high school season I went to watch CCA high school compete and Lower’s game was impressive. Maybe the most impressive out of a loaded team that made it to the state tournament a year ago. This AAU season was good for Lower. She received some college overs from all divisions and she helped lead her team to a very good season overall. I’m expecting big things this winter out of CCA and Lower but we will just have to wait and see.

Brynlie Hadenfeldt had maybe the most impressive AAU season at the 15U level in the state of Iowa all together. Hadenfeldt is a versatile and athletic combo guard/small forward. Her natural position is the small forward spot but she is good enough at handling the ball and passing that should could move to the perimeter for a moment, if need be. Whenever she has a mismatch on her, she understand to move to the post or inside the lane, scoring almost at will over weaker defenders. Defensively, she shows discipline and that she understands when it’s a good time to go for a block compared to when she should sit back and stay straight up. As of recent, Hadenfeldt just received her first college offer with many more on the way. This spring/summer was just the beginning of what she could become on the court. With some hard-work and dedicated over the next 3 years, she is going to have a very successful career as it pertains to game of basketball.

A player that needs no introduction but I will anyways. The center in the middle for the 15U First Team is Ellie Muller Ellie Muller 6’3″ | C Dowling Catholic | 2026 State IA . Muller is a prospect that has been picking up a lot of momentum on the basketball court after her freshman season with her Dowling Catholic high school team. Muller stands at around 6’3, is athletic and coordinated, and understands the strategic part of the game. After her teams state run this past spring, Muller joined the All Iowa Attack 15U EYBL team and hasn’t looked back. Since she has brought in a handful of Division-1 offers to some very well known Universities. This all makes sense with where she could take her game. A player that stands at that height, while still growing and continuing to get better, has a high ceiling at the college level. Schools will just have to hope to keep her off of the volleyball court because by the looks of it, she is also a promising volleyball player that will be receiving some Division-1 offers before her high school career comes to a close. Either way, no matter what sport she chooses in the end, she is going to be a producer. No doubt about it.
