Transfer from Mountlake Terrace will be a big part of Garfield’s team this season. I watched her in summer league and she was impressive with her overall play. She has decent size and good strength to play in the paint. She is a grab and go type rebounder. She plays hard and makes things happen. She should be a great compliment to the talent Garfield already has for a run at four titles in a row.rn
If you don’t know this name yet, you soon will. She sat with injury last year during Eastlake’s tite run. She gives them an active three who can play inside and out. She can do it all. She can shoot it from three with a pure shot. She is great at getting into the lane with strength and speed to finish around the rim. She’s skilled with good size and her athletic ability stands out. She can play and guard any position on the floor. She is an all-state prospect who will be getting a lot of looks. Eastlake will be right there again for the post-season run at defense of their 4A title.
Roxy is a player that continues to improve as she matures as a point guard prospect. She is a great shooter and handles the point like a seasoned veteran. She has good ball-skills and a bag of tricks to go with it when she gets downhill. She has quickness and a good understanding of how to finish in traffic. Something that she has improved on year to year. An elite level type shooter who is a floor general as well.

Lake Washington might have one of the best backcourts in the state with Julia Benthin Julia Benthin 5’8″ | CG Lake Washington | 2027 WA , Ashley Uusitalo Ashley Uusitalo 5’9″ | SG Lake Washington | 2026 State WA , and Paige Citron Paige Citron 5’7″ | CG Lake Washington | 2025 State WA . That’s where Reese becomes more important as one of the players with length on the inside. She is versatile and will be a big piece if LW wants to make a post-season run.
Elena was impressive at the Top 250 Expo. She showed how versatile she is with her shooting. She made several threes and is a problem inside with a lot of length. She can rebound, block shots, and run the floor. She showed me that she is a prospect to watch in 2024.

I have been impressed with her since watching some of her post-season games last season for Stanwood. An elite shooter in the making. She has all the skills of a great point or two guard. She has game that screams breakout. She should be a huge part of the offensive production for Stanwood in 2024. She might be one of the best in the class of 2026 before it’s all said and done. She has great basketball instincts to go with the skills.
