Williams had a very nice grassroots season and started to grab some headlines. Well, that trend continued at the Top 250. She was a high influence player that did a lot of the ‘dirty work’ that leads to team success. Williams showed strength and physicality, along with the ability to finish in transition.
I really liked what I saw from Smith in Grand Rapids. She was sturdy in the paint and used her strength to establish position. Smith was almost unmovable when she got set on the block and she showed that she can be a go-to offensive post threat with over the top post feeds. Smith was in constant communication with her teammates on both ends of the floor.

Blue is a terrific talent and she showed that at the Top 250. I really liked her toughness and strength. Blue set solid screens and played off them well. I just really think that she brings a lot to the table and has tremendous upside.
I was really looking forward to seeing McClain play over the weekend. She certainly didn’t disappoint. In fact, she showed exactly why high level or highly ranked prospects should be in the Top 250. McClain showed that her game is versatile and ELITE and I know I’m going to do my part to off about her game way more often.
I knew that Wolthuis was talented, but she’s on a way different level than I realized. My fault Lizzie. She’s an elite shooter with college ready strength. Wolthuis has nice positional size and can handle the ball as well. There are so many tools and strengths in her game.

Smith was lights out at the Top 250. She is a versatile athlete that seems to always provide positional mismatches. Smith showed that she has that next level takeover ability and can just go get buckets. The best part is, her game is still raw so she has plenty of upside that it looks like she’ll fill just fine.
McKenzee Terpstra

Terpstra sent a message at the Top 250 last weekend. First of all, she’s going to need to be ranked. Secondly, the young lady can hoop. Terpstra can score from basically anywhere on the floor and looks primed for a really nice high school season.
